Distribot is a technical SaaS tool (Software as a Service) for the automated distribution of content across social media platforms. The operator is not subject to any specific professional regulations.

4. Consumer Dispute Resolution / Universal Arbitration Board (§ 36 VSBG)

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

5. Liability for Content (§ 7 (1) DDG)

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement of the law becomes known. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Distribot uses automated processes and AI-assisted processing to distribute content. The operator assumes no liability for content published by users via the tool on third-party platforms. Responsibility for published content lies solely with the respective user.

6. Liability for Links (§ 7 (2) DDG)

Our offering contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.

The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Unlawful content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a legal violation. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.

7. Copyright (§§ 1 et seq. UrhG)

Distribot communicates with third-party platforms exclusively via official, publicly accessible APIs (e.g., the Meta Graph API for Instagram and Facebook). Operation takes place within the framework of the respective terms of use of the platform providers.

Distribot is not in any business partnership with Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram LLC, or other third-party providers, unless expressly stated otherwise. The use of platform names and logos is solely for descriptive reference.

The operator assumes no liability for restrictions, changes, or shutdowns of third-party APIs that may impair the functionality of Distribot.

11. Industrial Property Rights

The name "Distribot" is a designation of the operator of this service. All other trademarks, product names, and logos mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. No trademark infringement is intended.
